Privacy Policy

Azlar AI is a trading name of Azlar Entertainment Pty Limited (ABN 32 660 070 977) ("Azlar", "we", "us"). We are based in the ACT, Australia, and we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, business name, phone number, email address.
• What you tell us about your business when you enquire or book a call, and anything you share with us while we set up or run an Azlar operator for you.
• Details submitted through forms on this website, booking links, or Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead forms and ads.
• Basic website analytics: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry, book and run calls, and prepare proposals.
• To set up, operate and support the Azlar services you have engaged us for.
• To invoice you and keep the records we are legally required to keep.
• To improve our services and measure how our website and advertising perform.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your business data or your customers' data to train AI models for anyone else.

Client data inside an Azlar operator

When we run an operator for your business it will handle information about your leads, customers, quotes and jobs. That information stays yours. We only access it to set up, maintain and support your system, or when you ask us to. On managed plans it is stored on infrastructure we operate for you; on setup-only plans it is stored on infrastructure you control. Either way, if you leave, you take it with you.

Third parties

We use third-party providers to run our business and your operator, which can include: Meta (advertising and lead forms), Google and Microsoft (email and calendar), Telegram (notifications), AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI and similar), payment and invoicing platforms, and hosting and infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare. They receive only what they need to do their job and are bound by their own privacy terms. Some of these providers store data outside Australia.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, including access controls, encryption in transit and limiting access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach is likely to cause serious harm we will notify you and the OAIC as required.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time using the details below. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it (for example tax and invoicing records).

Cookies and analytics

This website may use cookies and pixels (including the Meta Pixel) to understand traffic and measure advertising. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top tells you when it last changed.
